A quorum of the Marvin Village Council will be present on September 1, 2026 at 6pm at Marvin Village Hall (10006 Marvin School Rd) to observe a neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed rezoning of 1005 Meadowlark Lane (CZ-2026-3). The proposal is to rezone the site from RR (Rural Residential) to SFR-1 CZ (Single-Family Residential - Conditional) in order to develop 10 single-family homes on the site. No action will be taken by the Council.
