The Village of Marvin (the “Village”) is a residential community in Union County, North Carolina, dedicated to maintaining a high quality of life and a safe, accessible transportation network. Having been awarded a federal grant of $57,600 through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program, the Village is seeking a qualified professional planning or engineering firm to lead the development of a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP).
