Mayor Barbara has called for a special meeting of the Village Council to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 8:30 AM, at Marvin Village Hall (10006 Marvin School Road) to recess into closed session per NCGS §143-318.11(a)(6) to discuss personnel. As the only action will be to recess into closed session, there will be no livestream.
