Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Village Council and the Planning Board may be present for a neighborhood meeting regarding CZ-2026-2, a proposal to rezone the 9.46 acres located at 9509 and 9523 Marvin School Road from Rural Residential (RR) & Single Family Residential (SFR-1) to Single-Family Residential (SFR-2-CZ) for the construction of 12 detached single-family homes.

This meeting is hosted by the applicant as required by Village ordinance. Members of the Council and Planning Board attend in an informational and observer capacity only; there will be no discussion of Village business among members, and no formal action or votes will be taken.
