• Noise Notice: Residents in the immediate vicinity should expect significant noise from vacuum trucks and diesel engines throughout the night. This work is being performed at night as required by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to minimize daytime traffic congestion and ensure public safety on high-volume roadways. The Village of Marvin has no regulatory control regarding the timing of this work.
