There is one vacancy on the Planning Board. The Planning Board meets on the third Tuesday evening of each month at 6pm and advises the Council on land use matters regarding ordinances, text/zoning amendments, the Village's Land Use Plan, NC Statutes on planning & development, public involvement meeting comments, and staff recommendations.
The applicant appointed will serve until March 1, 2027, at which time said applicant may apply for reappointment to a full 3-year term.
Applications are due Wednesday, April 1 at 5pm. Applicants must be Marvin residents and at least 18 years of age.
