A quorum of the Village Council may be present on Wednesday, February 25th at 6pm at Marvin Village Hall for a Neighborhood Meeting for Conditional Rezoning Application CZ-2026-1 submitted by Jones Homes USA to have the 24.15-acre property located at corner of New Town Road and Meadowlark Lane (Parcel Number: 06225021) to be rezoned from RR (Rural Residential) to RO-HD (Residential Only Heritage District) for a Residential Subdivision. No action will be taken by the Council.

A quorum of the Village Council may be present on Saturday, February 28th at 5:30pm at the Union County Agricultural and Event Center (3230-D Presson Rd, Monroe, NC 28112) for the 2026 Union GOP Lincoln Reagan Dinner. No action will be taken by the Council at this social event.
