Description of Request To annex and rezone the 28.112 acre site located at the intersection of Tom Short Road and Rea Road. The request is to rezone from Union County B-2 CZ to the Village of Marvin Mixed-Use 2 CZ zoning district. The proposal is to develop the site as a mixed use development comprising of approximately 165,000 sqft of commercial/retail and 75 mixed housing units.
