Mayor Pollino has called for a special meeting of the Village Council to be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 3pm at Marvin Village Hall to recess into closed session pursuant to NCGS 143-318.11(a)(3) to consult with an attorney retained by the public body to preserve the attorney-client privilege. As the the only subject matter will be a closed session, there will be no livestream.
