Mayor Pollino has called for a special meeting of the Village Council to be held on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 6pm at Marvin Village Hall (10006 Marvin School Road). The purpose of this meeting is for the Village Council to recess into Closed Session Pursuant to NCGS 143-318.11(a)(5) to Instruct the Public Body's Staff Concerning the Position to be Taken by the Public Body in Negotiating the Price and Other Material Terms of a Contract or Proposed Contract for the Acquisition of Real Property, Identified as Parcel 06225009A (9908 New Town Road) Owned by Scott White, by Purchase, Option, Exchange, or Lease.
