Mayor Pollino has called for a special meeting to be held on Monday, December 5 at 10am at Marvin Village Hall to discuss and consider the following items:
- Consider Advising County to Foreclose on Huntley Drive
- Discuss and Consider Adoption of Ordinance Establishing Special Project Fund for Funds from the NC Office of State Budget and Management
- Discussion of Powell Bill Tracker
- Discuss and Consider Approval of Pavement Condition Index and Acceptance of 2022-2029 Village Roadway Plan
- Discussion and Consideration of State Maintained Pavement Condition Study and Project Scope of Potential General Obligation Bonds to Take Over State Maintained Roadway System
- Discussion and Consideration of Entering Agreement with First Tryon Advisors for Assistance in General Obligation Bond Referendum
