The official start time for most Regular Meetings is 5pm. Unless otherwise indicated on each meeting’s official agenda, the public portion of the meeting is generally held as close to 6pm as possible, following Closed Session at 5pm.

Should a regular meeting scheduled for 5pm not have a closed session planned, a notice will be placed on the Council Chambers doors noting that the meeting will be called to order at 6pm.

Should a Closed Session end early, the Council will recess until 6pm.
