Spring Litter Clean Up Event - Saturday
The Village of Marvin is planning a Community-wide Litter Clean-Up event for Saturday, May 7, 2022. Residents interested in volunteering to clean roadsides to help keep Marvin beautiful, should arrive at Marvin Efird Park (8909 New Town Road) on the morning of the event at 8am. Residents will then be dispatched to their assigned areas to clean until 11am. The Village will be participating in the Trees for Trash program for this event. For every 25 pounds of trash collected, a tree will be planted in Marvin. Please turn out and help keep Marvin green and clean!

Marvin Efird Park Volunteer Workday - Saturday
For those who wish to volunteer, but do not wish or are not able to participate in the litter clean up event, the Village will be hosting a volunteer workday at Marvin Efird Park from 9-11am on Saturday. Please arrive promptly by 9am and be prepared to get dirty in the gardens!
