Council Members Ilarraza and Baresich have called for a special meeting of the Village Council to be held on Monday, April 20 at 3pm at Marvin Village Hall (10006 Marvin School Road) to recess into closed session per NCGS 143-318.11(a)(6) to discuss personnel.
