Mayor Pollino has called for a special meeting to be held on Monday, December 5 at 10am at Marvin Village Hall (10006 Marvin School Road) to discuss and consider the following items:

1. Consider Advising County to Foreclose on Huntley Drive
2. Discuss and Consider Adoption of Ordinance Establishing Special Project Fund for Funds from the NC Office of State Budget and Management
3. Discussion of Powell Bill Tracker
4. Discuss and Consider Approval of Pavement Condition Index and Acceptance of 2022-2029 Village Roadway Plan
5. Discussion and Consideration of State Maintained Pavement Condition Study and Project Scope of Potential General Obligation Bonds to Take Over State Maintained Roadway System
6. Discussion and Consideration of Entering Agreement with First Tryon Advisors for Assistance in General Obligation Bond Referendum
